Meet the Team (#4 of a 5 part series)

Hello, my name is Jenna, and I am a disability retired police officer who is now the wife of a police officer.  My “WHY” is encircled around the word Love  – Love for GOD – Love for what is fair and just.

I love that both my husband and I chose to serve and protect and will continue to do so for all of our days.  I love that we are teaching our family and others to serve and protect with love.

My goal has always been to help people recognize and remember the human behind the badge and for officers to recognize the humanity of every person they encounter.  We are all created in the image of God and with love at the core of our being.  GOD tells us in 1 Corinthians 16:14 (ESV) to “let all that you do be done in love,” and that is how I strive to live my life.  I pray for officers and everyone in our communities to do the same.  I believe that in order to follow GOD’s command in 1 Corinithans 16:14 properly, it is imperative to understand, remember and follow Ephesians 6:11-13 (ESV): Put on the whole armor of GOD, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.  For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.  Therefore, take up the whole armor of GOD, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm.
